Whenever someone hears the word “vegan” most people immediately think of food. Whether they think “What do they eat?” or “They only eat salad” people most likely associate it with nutrition as it is one of the biggest aspects when it comes to a plant-based lifestyle. Particularly for new vegans it can be quite overwhelming to figure out what to eat and how to make certain things without animal based ingredients. But you are not alone, I am showing you some of my favourite dishes I like to make whether for myself or others. Most of them are easy and affordable meals as I like to spend time doing other things than cooking the whole day, as much fun as it might be. We all know that sometimes there are just more important things we have to do than cook.
